It has come to our attention that some guests who booked their stays through the online reservation sites such as “Booking.com” have received suspicious messages via email or messaging applications including “WhatsApp.”
These suspicious messages contain unauthorized URL links that, under the guise of booking confirmation, may direct users to malicious phishing websites where they are prompted to enter credit card information or other sensitive details.
At present, there have been no reports of any actual damage or similar incidents involving our guests.
However, if you receive a suspicious message, please do not click any links or enter your credit card information. We kindly ask that you delete the message immediately.
